Anya Taylor-Joy gained acclaim with her breakout role in Robert Eggers’s The Witch, followed by global recognition as Beth Harmon in The Queen’s Gambit, which earned her Golden Globe, Critics’ Choice, and Screen Actors Guild Awards. She has since starred in George Miller’s Furiosa: a Mad Max Saga, Mark Mylod’s The Menu, for which she received a Golden Globe nomination, Scott Derrickson’s The Gorge, Robbert Eggers’s The Northman, Autumn de Wilde’s Emma, Edgar Wright’s Last Night in Soho, M.
